These wire wound resistors were used in delay lines by Hewlett-Packard.
Specifically these RCL values were previously owned by HP (Agilent) in the 1990s for delay line engineering in Signal Processing for Digital Oscilloscopes and Logic Analyzers. They are new in boxes and well stored.
