I don't know if they have been used.  They have been hanging in my parents garage.
Original Owner
Silver one comes with batteries and LED bulb
Maybe a little tarnishing.  I didn't try and clean it up.
Red one does not come with bulb or batteries.  To me, it is a kerosene lantern and needs a wick.
I don't see any markings on it as to who made it.  Sure resembles/similar to a Hurricane/Olde Brooklyn
