    Resistor 5%.  Although these resistors are the color of metal films, they are carbon films.  I did check 20 or so & they were a lot closer than 5% to the 150 ohm mark.  These are very good resistors & check very close to the 150 mark, most are right on.  (4 stripes on a resistor = carbon film & 5 stripes on a resistor = metal film)
